How to start a test?

Call the DNA REFERENCE LAB at either 210-692-3800 or 1-877-262-0262 to initiate the test. Alternatively, complete the coordination form below. DNA Reference Lab requires a deposit prior to any appointment or request for assistance with finding a physician in your area. The balance of the DNA testing should be paid before the DNA is tested by the laboratory. Accounts must be paid in full before results can be released. Results will NOT be given over the phone in order to maintain the confidentiality of the testing.
